The Upper Valley Public Health Network helps bring together the community to keep the Upper Valley safe and healthy.

We are successful when residents lead a long and healthy life. New Hampshire is one of the healthiest states in the nation and we are building on this history of success to ensure our local community has the capacity to assure continued improvement in the health of individuals, families, and communities.

In collaboration with the New England Center for Emergency Preparedness and the New Hampshire Public Health Network, the UVPHN coordinates public health planning and outreach across 13 municipalities within the Upper Valley.
